We’re on the lookout for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Estimator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Business Development and Estimating Director, you’ll play a key role in managing and preparing accurate tenders and cost plans, ensuring they meet both client expectations and our internal quality standards through our Integrated Management System (IMS) . What You'll Bring: 10 years in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with a reputable head contractor. Relevant tertiary qualifications (Construction Management, Construction Economics, or similar) Experience with commercial construction projects up to $80 million Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Global Estimating, Cubit, On Screen Takeoff, and document platforms such as Buildtools, Bid Contender, EstimateOne, and Aconex Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills In-depth knowledge of lump sum, design & construct, construction management, and conceptual estimating Familiarity with the Australian Standard Method of Measurement Why Join Infinity?
