Known for delivering quality and reliability, the business has built strong relationships across commercial construction and continues to expand its reach in the market. About the Role This is a varied role that combines both business development and account management. You'll be responsible for building relationships with builders, project engineers, architects, and specialist applicators to drive sales growth across NSW. You will also have scope to develop and manage wholesale/distribution partners. The role involves selling waterproofing products to applicators, tilers, waterproofers, and professionals across the broader building and construction sectors. With a technically led product suite, your ability to understand specification-based sales and confidently manage long-term client relationships will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities Develop new business while nurturing existing accounts Build strong relationships with builders, architects, engineers, and waterproofing applicators Manage a structured call cycle and sales pipeline Prepare accurate quotes and proposals to match project specifications Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Provide regular reporting and feedback to management Liaise with internal teams to support project and client needs About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar BDM or construction sales role Strong network within the building and construction industry – particularly with engineers, architects, and builders Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing sales Experience with waterproofing products is highly advantageous Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail when preparing quotes and proposals Apply Now If you're motivated by autonomy, growth, and the chance to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
