Please note: you must have New Zealand working rights (Citizen or Resident) About the role: Our client, is looking for an experienced and safety-focused Crane Operator/Class 5 Truck Driver to join a dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for operating cranes and heavy vehicles, transporting materials and equipment to various project sites, and supporting yard operations. You’ll play a key part in site preparation, equipment maintenance, and ensuring lifts are carried out safely and efficiently. Duties: Attend daily pre-start and toolbox meetings. Perform daily checks on crane, lifting equipment, and trucks. Complete logbook entries and routine maintenance tasks. Transport materials and equipment to and from project sites. Assist with yard organization, including stacking materials and preparing attachments. Regularly assess site and crane platform conditions. Complete and maintain lift plans and required documentation. Safely lift and place loads using approved methods. Following Health and Safety guidelines.
