Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members, ensuring effective task delegation and support. Provide expert assistance in frame and lens selection, fitting, and adjustments. Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a warm and professional environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and service excellence. About You Experience in optical dispensing (Certificate IV preferred but not essential). Willingness to complete Cert IV – we’ll cover the cost if you're not yet qualified. Passion for customer service and sales. Strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to supervise other staff. Availability to work one weekend day as part of a 38-hour week.
