We are seeking a passionate Centre Director to lead our 70-place early learning service, fostering a nurturing environment for children, families, and educators. About the role: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality education and care aligned with the EYLF and NQS. Build strong relationships with families, educators, and the community. Oversee daily operations, including compliance, rostering, enrolments, and budget management. Drive a positive workplace culture that values teamwork, reflective practice, and continuous improvement. About you: Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Previous leadership experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Director, or 2IC. Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for every child.
