Our team seeks a Vehicle Spray Painter that will be able to sign off on the final color, including minor color adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer. Complete paint jobs in accordance with processes and procedures. Responsibilities: Maintain spray booths and equipment Prepare automotive surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, filling, and priming. Apply high-quality paint finishes using modern spray-painting equipment to restore or enhance vehicles. Perform precise color matching to achieve factory-quality results. Inspect vehicles post-paint to ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition. Follow workplace health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment. Requirements Experience: A minimum of five years as an Automotive Spray Painter in a repair or production environment. Skills: Expertise in surface preparation, color matching, and application techniques. Familiarity with various paint systems and application tools.
