The Role: Preparation and administration for all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process - including vendor and buyer management Prepare properties for sale - repairs, photoshoots, and styling Preparing listing and appraisal presentation kits Diary management Liaise with clients, internal teams and third party suppliers Compile reports and database management Organise and attend open homes with the agent on Saturdays & Wednesday's The Person: Previous experience in a Sales Admin, PA or EA role Be able provide a high standard of work Demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work autonomously with little direction Have exceptional administration skills, a highly developed communication style and very strong computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook NSW Certificate of Registration preferred but not essential The Perks: High performing agent, well established in their area!
