The Role This is a full-time role commencing Monday 4 August, or by negotiation, includes four weeks leave and an additional five days between Christmas and the New Year. We are seeking a technically skilled IT and Resource Officer (Technical Services) to join our Learning Hub team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality IT, digital and audio-visual support to staff and students, ensuring seamless access to secure and reliable technology systems. You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Provide frontline IT support to staff and students; Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues; Maintain and support endpoint services (laptops, desktops, tablets); Install and manage AV and classroom technologies for daily use and events; Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure; Contribute to IT documentation, policy development and continuous improvement; Support live events with AV setup and post-production tasks; and Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
