Your role at St John of God Social Outreach We are seeking applications for an Accredited Mental Health Clinician ( Social Worker, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist ) to join our Raphael Services team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis, in Blacktown, NSW. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team in the provision of integrated care to women, their infants, partners and families experiencing perinatal and infant mental health problems. The Position Provides advanced level clinical services including a range of individualised and group clinical care based on professional training reflecting current ethical clinical practice as required Provides comprehensive assessment and care planning monitoring at and advanced level for complex and general caseloads Ensures effective multidisciplinary team work through professional communication and comprehensive liaison with colleagues, patient/carers and service providers Liaise with compensable bodies, financial institutions and external care agencies where appropriate Liaise with multi-disciplinary team to promote effective communication including verbal and written feedback to referring Doctor Successful applicants will have a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy and hold current registration with relevant professional body ( AASW / AHPRA ). You will have a minimum of two years experience working in mental health and be eligible for a Medicare Provider Number.
