About the opportunity The position provides community based rehabilitation care to adults who present with a range of neurological, musculoskeletal and chronic health conditions. The service is delivered flexibly (centre based, home or community based) dependent on client goals and needs. The role is diverse and entails considerable interaction with a wide range of clinicians and health care professionals both internally and externally. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
