We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to serve as the primary resource for Anglicare At Home, overseeing all system-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data to create detailed reports, providing strategic recommendations, and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Based at Macquarie Park , this is a full-time maximum-term contract for 6 month s (with view to extend). Flexible work arrangements on offer. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Operational Performance Support: Enable operational teams to effectively manage client relationships, meet growth objectives, and address operational matters through insightful reporting and continuous improvement recommendations. Data Analysis and Preparation: Conduct thorough data analysis and preparation in response to business stakeholder requests, ensuring data accuracy and insights that inform strategic decisions. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with user groups to identify business needs and potential solutions, gather project data, and produce comprehensive documentation covering requirements, design specifications, and solution configurations. Business Process Improvement: Support the development, mapping, testing, and configuration of business systems by identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and implementing supporting policies, processes, and technologies for optimal efficiency. Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing and refining processes and systems across AAH, driving initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness. Change Management: Ensure all changes to business processes are supported by appropriate change management activities, in line with Anglicare’s PROSCI change management framework, engaging change resources as needed and supporting managers through transitions. Post-Implementation Review and Optimisation: Evaluate the success of implemented solutions by gathering feedback, identifying remedial actions where required, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives achieve their intended outcomes. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects and improvement initiatives. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Power BI. Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform – Dynamics, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform App Maker) are preferred. Prior experience in hybrid roles or fast-paced, multi-functional environments. Business process mapping and improvement capabilities. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with teams.
