Major Projects Advisory are trusted advisors for private, corporate, and government clients, and offer solutions for enhancing performance, mitigating risks, and creating value. We help clients solve complex problems in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring the overall strategic priorities and objectives are achieved. Our teams work across a diverse range of sectors including transport, utilities, social infrastructure, city shaping and future focused industries. You’ll help governments and private industry clients with a range of advisory services including: Major project transaction and commercial advisory; Governance and investment decision making; Project and program management; Delivery and procurement strategies; Policy advisory; Asset management and optimisation; and Data modelling and analytics. What you’ll be doing As a graduate in our Major Projects Advisory team within KordaMentha’s Real Estate practice, you’ll get to work across the lifecycle of programs and projects and provide advisory and delivery services to public, private and corporate clients. You’ll be helping clients to solve complex problems in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring their overall strategic priorities and objectives are achieved. Whilst no two days will be the same, you can expect to: work closely with key government and private sector clients to plan, assess and deliver significant projects and programs; interact directly with clients and key stakeholders; develop and apply your management skills to help clients navigate through complex environments; assist the team in the development of quantitative and qualitative analysis; prepare and deliver high-quality written reports, presentations and client deliverables; be part of a collaborative team environment in identifying key issues/risks and developing mitigation strategies and solutions, and provide industry leading advice; stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices to adapt strategies accordingly; work alongside a team that acts with integrity and prioritises the wellbeing of their people; and participate in business development, marketing activities and attend industry events.
