Job Description We are seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join our team immediately and provide efficient, friendly and professional food to all of our lounge guests. We have an opportunity available in our al la carte and buffet environments. All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for cooking the highest quality of dishes Leading and motivating the kitchen team to consistently deliver high quality food for our guest Overseeing and ordering stock, managing monthly inventory including stock takes Contributing to employee training, development and performance reviews Supporting Executive Chef with rostering, cost control, to ensure smooth daily operations Detail-focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food under pressure Knowledge of a wide range of cooking methods and techniques Time management skills with the ability to multitask Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, weekends and public holidays
