About you: In your new role you will: Delivery of core sexual health care programs such as education, contract tracing, detection, prevention and management and STI screening activities according to the needs of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in a confidential and non-judgemental manner using culturally acceptable strategies. Perform a range of tasks of a complex nature, and operate equipment that require specific level of skills, training and experience. Advocate, liaise, network and refer to appropriate NGO's, ILO's and the Multidisciplinary Team in collaboration with and under direction of Registered Nurse / CNC to ensure that the sexual health needs of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are being met. Exercise judgement in deciding how to perform tasks are performed. Maintain appropriate and accurate documentation by using established guidelines and programs.
