(Nurse Grade 6 Band 1) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available About your opportunity We are looking for a passionate and driven Clinical Nurse to join our dedicated Health Services Team. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for delivering comprehensive, professional quality nursing services within a primary health model of care in a youth detention setting. Nurses work 12-hour shifts across all days and nights of the week. Requirements: Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory. Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate. Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable. Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, which will include participation in weekend, night and 12 hour shifts. Highly regarded: Proven ability to comprehensively assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care at an advanced level within a complex environment. Highly regarded: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, patients and other stakeholders, including participation in relevant networks to achieve work unit outcomes.
