This full-time position is pivotal in delivering high-quality clinical education, fostering excellence among nursing staff, and ensuring exceptional care for our residents. About the Role As our new Clinical Facilitator , you will: Deliver targeted clinical training and education to nursing and care teams Identify training needs and implement best-practice development programs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical outcomes Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional support Champion a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement About You We’re looking for a compassionate, capable clinician and educator who thrives in a team-focused and values-driven environment.
