The Opportunity Reporting to the Group Leader Infrastructure Services, this role provides essential support to the Infrastructure Services team, handling incoming service requests, coordinating procurement admin tasks, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with operational staff to ensure timely and effective communication. You will be part of a team that has a tangible impact and great variety day to day. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent and demonstrate experience in providing administrative support and delivering excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone. Experience in Local Government, records management and document control systems would be highly regarded, along with a sound understanding of working in a public service environment. To succeed in the role, you will bring strong organisational and time management skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and attention to detail in your work. You will have confident written and verbal communication skills, solid Microsoft Office capability, and a proactive, professional approach to supporting your team and community.
