The role The Team Leader Workforce Services is responsible for leading a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver high-quality services. With a strong foundation in HR and systems experience, the position oversees advisory support, process improvements, and service partnerships while embedding a customer-first approach. The role demands strategic thinking, leveraging internal platforms to streamline operations, developing and elevating corporate templates, and ensuring our knowledge base is effectively built and maintained. Driving continuous improvement, managing escalated issues, and aligning service partnerships are central to success in this role.
