Predictive Recruitment Partners has been engaged by Compressor Valve Services (CVS) to find a skilled and methodical Valve Technician to join their team in Balcatta. About Compressor Valve Services: With over 20 years in operation, CVS is the trusted name in compressor valve servicing, parts supply, and repairs—working daily with some of the world’s largest drilling companies to keep their operations running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who prefers quiet precision over chaos and who takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and quality-focused work—every time. About the role: This is a full-time, hands-on technical role that follows repetitive routines and requires a steady, even pace of work. You’ll be responsible for the inspection, service, repair, and certification of valves and compressor components at the CVS workshop in Balcatta. Your ability to work within established systems and follow structured procedures will be a strong asset in this role. The work is technical in nature and on-the-job training ensures you’ll be able to develop your expertise and produce work that is of a consistent high standard. Key responsibilities include: Inspecting, servicing, and certifying compressor valves and components Generating service reports and maintaining accurate records Identifying and ordering required parts Troubleshooting technical issues with clients over the phone Maintaining an orderly workspace and supporting safe work practices About you: You probably describe yourself as calm, reliable, and diligent.
