We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Cropping Overseer to join a large-scale, mixed farming operation near Boomi NSW , working closely with the farm owner to support day-to-day operations across both livestock and cropping. This is a hands-on leadership role offering real variety, responsibility, and long-term opportunity. The Role You’ll be second-in-charge on a productive and progressive farm that includes 12,000ha of dryland cropping alongside breeding sheep and trading cattle . The position will involve machinery operation, livestock work, maintenance, and support in planning and decision-making. You'll be a key part of the team and a trusted support to the farm owner. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day farm operations across cropping and livestock Operate and maintain a wide range of modern machinery (CASE, John Deere and Fendt tractors, along with up-to-date implements).
