About the Role Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, using their names wherever possible Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Assist with reservations and provide information on packages, availability, and local attractions Answer calls and emails in a friendly, helpful and timely manner Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area Assist with poolside service, including tidying lounges and serving drinks as needed Handle guest payments and cash floats with accuracy Communicate guest requests and issues to relevant departments promptly Support a seamless handover across shifts to ensure continuity of service Live the Lindenderry culture by consistently going the extra mile for our guests About You Passionate about hospitality and exceptional guest service Professional, reliable and a great communicator Front Office or reservations experience in hotels is an advantage Comfortable working a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays Energetic and flexible, with a positive, can-do attitude Why Join Us?
