Reporting to the Procurement Manager Direct Materials, this role will see you execute the daily procurement agenda by acting as the single point of contact for procurement across a number of internal business units including Marketing, Sales, HR and IT. How you will contribute This critical and busy role will oversee the daily interaction with commercial teams, plants, sourcing teams and suppliers. You will deliver service-level targets by ensuring supply continuity, manage supplier relationships to solve issues and drive value, support the execution of sourcing projects, provide local inputs to, and own the implementation of global and regional procurement strategies, execute contracting activities in accordance with global / regional direction and drive source-to-pay process compliance across your stakeholder base. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in: - Procurement experience, ideally in an FMCG environment - Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Finance - Communication and interpersonal skills that help you be proactive and manage stakeholders - Highly analytical problem solver to ensure timely resolution of challenges - SAP (or similar) fluent - Working well under pressure, managing multiple priorities, dealing with ambiguity, and the willingness and ability to learn No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary At Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
