As the sole on-site manager, you will lead a committed team and ensure operational excellence, clinical quality, and compliance with aged care standards. This role is ideal for a confident clinical leader with strong cultural awareness and a passion for aged care in remote communities. Key responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating daily operations across clinical, kitchen, maintenance, and housekeeping teams Overseeing clinical governance, incident reporting, and care reviews Ensuring compliance with current aged care quality standards and accreditation requirements Supporting, mentoring, and developing staff in a remote, multicultural setting Managing budgets, procurement, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives Collaborating with the CEO, HR, and executive leadership to support the strategic direction of the facility About You: To be successful in this role, you will be: A Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with a minimum of 5 years in a management or senior leadership role in aged care or a similar setting Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving quality outcomes Strong in clinical governance, documentation, compliance, and HR oversight Emotionally intelligent, culturally sensitive, and a natural problem-solver Ideally experienced in working within remote or Aboriginal communities Apply Now If you’re ready to bring your leadership skills to a meaningful role in remote aged care, we’d love to hear from you.
