About the Opportunity: This is a key role within our finance team. You’ll play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable function — managing payments, vendor relationships, and cash flow with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end invoice processing, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records. What You’ll Do: Process and verify invoices accurately and on time Build strong relationships with our valued vendors Track expenses and support monthly reporting Manage bank reconciliations Managing cash flow Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations Provide bookkeeping support to the Finance Manager as required About You: Finance or Accounting qualifications (preferred, but not essential) Previous experience in Accounts Payable Strong problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure A high level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial information Great communication skills — you’re clear, approachable, and easy to work with A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for learning and service excellence The ability to work well both independently and as part of a supportive team About us: Benson Radiology is an industry leader in the field of medical imaging.
