Your Mission: Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, as the F&B Procurement Category Manager, you will support the management of a $200M annual procurement portfolio. Your role will focus on assisting with cost control, supporting supplier relationships, and contributing to sourcing quality products that enhance our guest experience. You will collaborate with culinary, operations, and sustainability teams to help promote responsible and ethical procurement practices. What You'll Own: Contract Support: Assist in drafting, execution, monitoring, and renewal of contracts to help ensure obligations are met and potential risks are identified. Supplier Coordination: Help build and maintain positive supplier relationships to support quality and sustainability goals. Conduct market research to spot upcoming suppliers and trends. Cost Management: Support initiatives aimed at optimizing costs while managing supply risks across multiple countries. Cross-Functional Assistance: Work closely with culinary, operations, and sustainability teams to align procurement activities with broader business objectives. Data Reporting: Provide category data and insights to contribute to informed sourcing decisions.
