Job Description We are seeking a Test Lead to join our team in Melbourne in a client-facing role for a large-scale finance ERP transformation. You will be the guardian of quality, shaping the financial backbone of a major organisation and ensuring its successful transition to a new Oracle Fusion platform. Using your functional finance knowledge, you will test the workstream for all finance modules. You willwork across test strategy, from designing detailed plans and cases to leading the execution of all testing phases. This includes functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. You will be the central point of contact for quality, working with technical and business teams to resolve defects and ensure the solution is robust and fit for purpose. Your leadership will be key to mentoring the testing team and embedding practices that lift our overall capability. Success in this position requires your hands-on experience in testing large finance systems, particularly across Source to Pay and Record to Report functions. Your practical knowledge of GL processes, financial reporting, and procurement workflows is essential. We need your prior experience with Oracle Fusion or a similar enterprise ERP, grounded in a solid understanding of accounting principles. Your background should demonstrate a strong command of the full testing lifecycle and proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
