Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator with a strong background in civil engineering, specifically in bulk excavation, shoring, piling, remediation, demolition and anchoring. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects. Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and requirements. Collect and analyse data on labour, materials, and equipment costs. Prepare and maintain cost databases and estimation tools. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information. Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers and make recommendations for selection. Assist in tracking and reporting on project costs and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Proven track record with more than 2 years’ experience. Must have experience in Estimation AND Contracts Administration Ability to work in isolation to meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. What We Offer: Competitive salary.
