These roles are ideal for experienced leaders who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are ready to step up and drive performance across operational teams. Shift Options: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Start times: 6:00am or 7:30am Shift duration: 10.5 hours Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO) included Key Responsibilities Liaise with management, suppliers, and customers regarding warehousing operations. Detail and coordinate activities of Team Members across shifts. Maintain inventory control registers and prepare/reconcile regular reports on stock movements and dispatch. Take direct responsibility for a defined operational area. Skills & Experience Proven ability to supervise, guide, and support warehouse teams. Strong working knowledge of warehousing and stores functions. Effective communicator with a professional and respectful approach. Confident in upholding and demonstrating workplace rules and procedures. Ability to deliver on-the-job training and facilitate smooth team inductions.
