What You’ll Be Doing: In their specialist Employment & Industrial Relations practice, you’ll drive workplace law solutions advising employers, regulators and state agencies on strategic, forward-looking issues. Draft, review & negotiate employment contracts, enterprise agreements & policies Conduct workplace investigations and manage performance & disciplinary matters Represent clients in Fair Work Commission hearings and tribunals What You’ll Bring: 3 years’ PQE in employment law, industrial relations or safety regulation Demonstrated expertise in enterprise bargaining, policy & investigations Excellent drafting, analytical & stakeholder-management skills Why Join?
