At TradeConnex we’re on the lookout for an experienced Contract Administrator to join one of out long term clients and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Tier 2 construction company known for its commitment to excellence and long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Planning: Assist in preparing contracts, scopes, budgets, and procurement strategies. Planning & Monitoring: Track progress, budgets, and compliance with contractual requirements. Liaising with Subcontractors: Manage procurement, tendering, and ongoing coordination of subcontractors. Reporting: Produce accurate cost tracking, variation logs, and financial reports. Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Process claims, payments, and ensure timely invoicing. Client Consultation: Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Document Control: Ensure all contractual documents, variations, and communications are accurately maintained.
