The Position will be based at our Workshop in Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast. The role involves major overhauls on our earth moving fleet. The position is suitable to individuals with quarrying, construction, mining or forestry background, with experience working on all types of machinery. We offer on-going training and development opportunities for you to upskill to align with the evolving industry. This is a full-time permanent position, working hours will be Monday – Thursday from 06:30am to 5:00pm, Fridays from 06:30am to 4:00pm and Saturdays 06:00am to 12:00pm (as required). About you You'll be a qualified Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanic. Ideally with post-trade experience in mobile plant, including hydraulic and electrical knowledge. Extensive Experience on Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment (desirable) Experience with Caterpillar computer programs for parts, service systems and computer diagnostics SIS and ET (desirable) Australian recognised Trade Qualification Hold a current Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle licence will be highly regarded) Strongly committed to Workplace Health & Safety, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
