.We’re working with a global leader that’s looking for a Data Scientist to join their growing Sydney-based team in this newly-created role. This role will suit someone who enjoys working with complex datasets and translating data into actionable insights. This is a great opportunity to drive innovation in data reporting and predictive analytics for a multinational organisation, working closely with key business stakeholders. Location: Sydney (3 days in office/week) What You'll Do: Collaborate with business teams to gather and integrate data from multiple systems and sources. Clean and prepare large datasets for analysis, ensuring high levels of data integrity. Analyse trends and patterns using statistical and analytical techniques to generate actionable business insights. Build clear and engaging dashboards and visual reports using Tableau. Monitor key portfolio and asset performance metrics – e.g. energy use, lease costs, occupancy rates. Support strategic planning through reporting and analysis for the corporate team. Develop and deploy forecasting tools and predictive models to guide decision-making. Drive innovation by contributing to process improvement and data best practices. Ensure compliance with data governance policies. What You'll Bring: 2–4 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or Data Scientist role. Strong skills in Tableau (dashboard building, visual storytelling). Proficient in Python or R for data science and modelling. Strong experience with SQL, Excel, and ETL processes. Excellent communication skills – able to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving focus. N.B.
