Clinical Educator - Aged Care Fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Educator to join a well-established NFP aged care provider, based at a medium-sized residential facility in Central NSW. This role is primarily site-based, with some travel required to support other facilities across the Central NSW region. You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering clinical education programs and supporting staff development. About the Role: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for the clinical team Conduct training needs assessments and gap analysis to deliver targeted education Ensure ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS) Lead the design and rollout of a new graduate program aimed at upskilling and strengthening the clinical team Collaborate closely with an experienced leadership team in a supportive and welcoming environment What’s on Offer: Competitive salary with access to NFP salary packaging benefits Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday - no weekend work required!
