We have a (Permanent) System Engineer / System Architect This role offers a great opportunity for a System Engineer to grow into a System/Solution Architect role. You will be responsible for designing and positioning comprehensive IT infrastructure and managed services solutions that align with client requirements and business goals In this role you will be responsible for high-level design and hands-on implementation . You will operate across different layers of users including PC, Mac, On-Prem and Cloud Hosted Infrastructure - You will be required to to manage those devices in a consistent way. This requires a strong experience in Virtualisation, On-Prem and Cloud Infrastructure. You will M anage On-Prem Network, Managed Gateway and be able to troubleshoot Network issues This role requires the ability to engage in both high-level design and hands-on implementation , so a System Engineering background will be required. Essential Skills & Experience : 5 years System / Infrastructure Engineering Exp Strong Exp in Virtualisation, On-Prem and Cloud Infrastructure Managed Service Provider Experience (Ideal) Proven experience designing and quoting managed IT services solutions including networking , security , cloud , and managed IT services (Essential) Strong understanding of LAN/WAN , SD-WAN , firewalls , cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) , and remote management platforms . Proficiency in tools like Cisco CCW, Dell OME, HPE iQuote, and PSA platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask). Service Management Mindset : Familiar with ITIL-aligned service delivery models and committed to continuous improvement in solution lifecycle management within a managed services framework Delivery-Oriented : Willingness to engage in both high-level design and hands-on implementation Security and Operations Aware : Proactive in expanding expertise into adjacent domains such as SOC operations, SIEM integration, cybersecurity compliance, and IT operations tooling to enhance solution resilience and manageability Preferred Certifications: Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), OR Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, OR AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional, OR Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, OR PMP, ITIL Foundation or higher, OR VMware VCP, or similar credentials This is a great opportunity - To apply, please submit your CV via the portal by clicking the APPLY NOW button below.
