We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) with previous mine site experience, who is able to fly ex-PERTH for a swing from the 15th of JULY to the 22nd of JULY 2025. The OHN is required to ensure the health of employees and contractors through the delivery of professional health and medical services, health promotion, proactive injury management, monitoring of occupational health functions and the delivery of expert advice and assistance on health and medical matters. The role is on call 24 hours a day to respond promptly to medical emergencies. Responsibilities Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of safety and emergency response equipment according to established checklists Serve as the First Responder for injury and incident management, including being available for after-hours on-call support Keep the site's First Aid rooms and ambulances in a state of readiness Develop, implement, and uphold safe work procedures while fostering a culture of safety awareness among staff Create and maintain procedures to ensure operations are environmentally sustainable Communicate any changes in systems, processes, and procedures clearly to all team members Perform regular inspections of work areas and equipment to ensure safe operational practices Participate in and facilitate incident investigations and risk assessments Requirements Qualifications Bachelor of Science (Nursing) Current registration with AHPRA or Enrolled Nurse Qualification 2 years of mine site experience and be able to fly ex-PERTH, Western Australia Collect Specimens for Drug of Abuse Testing Qualified Ability to operate MS Office programs Advanced Life Support Level 1 and 2 Understanding of workplace injury management National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) C Class Driver's Licence
