A Metropolitan SA corporate health provider requires a Junior Medical Officer in Occupational Medicine from 08/07/2025 to 01/08/2025. Onsite forklift medicals 2 consecutive days in July. Tuesday or Thursday start preferred - Doctor can pick their start date. Day 1: 6am – 2pm, Day 2: 10am – 6pm 10 applicants per day, so these days will be slow with big gaps between applicants. Doctor will need to be willing to pick up a box of equipment at nearby office (Enfield) the day before and drop off equipment at the same site the day after. Driving time is paid. Short medical assessments Doctor will need to - Go through medical questionnaire with applicant and provide comments for any abnormal answers - Take Height / Weight / Blood Pressure (Tape Measure, Scales, and Automatic BP machine will be provided) - Test Near Vision / Distance Vision (Frank Law N Notation Chart and Snellen Distance chart will be provided) - Perform a very basic examination (Reflex hammer and Otoscope will be provided) Doctor will have the companies Senior Medical Officer's mobile number handy if they have any clinical questions, and a call will be arranged before the booking to run through how the day is organised.
