How you’ll make an impact Our Simple Super Advice service (known as Intra-fund Advice) is our direct to client advice channel. This team provides phone-based intra-fund advice to Members in the AMP Super Fund. The Intra-fund Financial Adviser role is to help Members achieve their financial goals by providing them phone-based education, general and personal financial advice. With particular focus on investments, contributions, insurance advice and simple retirement planning about a Member’s AMP product. The successful candidate will deliver advice that is in clients’ best interests. This will be demonstrated by your attitude, skills and competencies, productivity, compliance scores and member survey scores. Build and maintain strong relationships with AMP Super members, providing personalised superannuation planning strategies tailored to their needs Provide appropriate advice to eligible AMP Super Members Possess specialist knowledge of AMP products and corporate super plans, offering informed recommendations that align with clients' objectives Follow approved licensee policy, processes and standard operating procedures Provide exceptional service that exceeds Member’s expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Meet minimum hours of required professional development training per annum Listen to feedback, takes decisive action to improve and enhance skills and expertise Work closely with other Financial Advisers and support staff to deliver seamless and integrated services to eligible members What you will bring to the team Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role: Registered on ASIC’s Financial Adviser Register (FAR) Hold a FASEA Approved Degree Completed the Professional Year (if required) Passed the FASEA Exam Demonstrated track record of following structured advice process and procedures Demonstrated ability to meet activity targets and conversion rates to personal advice Phone-based advice experience (preferred) Must meet the Professional Standards for Financial Advisers You’ll thrive here if… If you can adapt from BAU to the ambiguous with ease, you’ll do well here.
