Oversee clinical operations, ensuring quality compliance and resident-centred care. Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Drive continuous improvement in clinical practices and adherence to regulatory standards. About you: You bring a proven track record in clinical management, underpinned by a strong commitment to quality care, staff development, and continuous improvement. Your leadership experience includes mentoring multidisciplinary teams, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, along with: Full Registered Nurse (AHPRA Registered), with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identification of clinical risk monitoring, support and training. Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, resident-centred approach.
