This position includes; Supporting early childhood development, parenting resilience and mobile services to communities Develop and implement programs to strengthen family relationships, implement early intervention and prevention activities Enhance and support increased First Nations/ Multicultural community participation and family functioning. Providing information, advice and referral pathways Increase awareness of children’s wellbeing and have a holistic approach to supporting early childhood education in alignment with family and child support to nurture children to be fully prepared for learning and life Understanding the role is predominantly delivered in remote locations and resulting in approximately 60% of work hours spent travelling and overnighting in communities By joining our team and you will be working alongside fellow RAFS workers located in Longreach, Mount Isa, Emerald, Mareeba and Charleville What makes a difference for us?
