We keep communities connected. We have an opportunity available for you to play a key role in supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of our site in Mayfield West, NSW. This will be offered as a part-time role with the working hours of 8am-11am, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime when required. About the role In this role you will: Ensure the warehouse has adequate supplies. Manage inbound deliveries. Communicate with relevant stakeholders about status of their orders when required, usually via email. Manage outbound orders and supplier returns. Review customer orders and transport tasks. Process order to completion when it leaves the warehouse. Review back orders daily and fulfil when stock is available. About you Our ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working in a similar role, or considerable experience working in a warehouse Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
