This role ensures the delivery of high-quality service to customers, manages service teams, drives operational efficiency, and supports business growth through excellent customer experience and team leadership. Description Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians, supervisors, and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee daily service operations to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Monitor KPIs such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. Implement and maintain service standards and procedures. Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues within the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure customer feedback is captured and used to improve service delivery. Manage regional service budgets, including labour, parts, and travel expenses. Optimize resource allocation to meet service demands efficiently. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments. Promote a safe working environment and lead incident investigations when necessary. Provide regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate with other regional managers and head office to align strategies. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to national service initiatives. Skills And Experiences Other requirements: Current car drivers' licence Business or Management qualifications preferred Decision making relating to operational and financial outcomes Experience of managing P&L and budgets Negotiation skills internally and externally Statistical analysis of business impacts; field service operations Ability to train, motivate & provide feedback to staff in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer skills Intermediate skill level of MS package Essential, 5 years Business Equipment or similar industry Essential, 3 years’ managing a field service team Essential, experience managing stock levels of spare parts Desirable, change management experience In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be able to work effectively with customers and Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels.
