We’re looking for a Network Solutions Pre-Sales and Delivery Engineer to join our growing team in Melbourne. What You’ll Be Doing Design & Deliver Solutions (25%) Architect secure and scalable edge network solutions that meet unique customer requirements Lead solution delivery across mobile, satellite, and hybrid network environments Pre-Sales Support (25%) Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions Lead proof-of-concept and pilot activities to validate designs before rollout Service Delivery & Support (25%) Manage technical deployments and ensure seamless production rollout Troubleshoot critical incidents and support change requests in line with SLAs and defined scopes of work Partner Enablement (10%) Train and support channel partners to independently deliver and support M2M solutions Act as a trusted technical advisor across our partner ecosystem Technology Leadership (15%) Stay current with rapidly evolving M2M and edge networking technologies and products Leverage new product capabilities and feed insights into future solution design Share knowledge with the team and provide regular product and solution training What You Bring Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related discipline 8 years of experience designing, delivering, and supporting M2M/IoT network solutions Proven experience in pre-sales consulting and customer solution delivery Strong knowledge of networking protocols (WAN & LAN ), Wireless Networks , VPNs security principles, and remote connectivity solutions Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Desirable Experience Familiarity with mobile (cellular) and/or satellite communication networks Experience with LPWAN (e.g., LoRaWAN ), SD- WAN routers , firewalls, or device provisioning.
