Acting RTO Training Manager ESO 6 - Fixed-term 6 weeks The Training Manager is responsible for the supervision, direction, creation, implementation and development of the training and assessment delivered by MTC Training. This involves, delivery, assessment, validation and moderation of training and assessment programs. Management, supervision, and effective leadership of Trainers & Assessors (ESO levels 4-5). In all dealings the Training Manager must ensure that assessment, resources, tools and materials meet the identified competency requirements of the target group as well as the standard required by the registered training organisation, MTC Training while meeting the compliance requirements of the VET Quality Framework, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), SA Skills Commission and other regulatory authorities as may be required. The Training Manager works collaboratively with the RTO Manager to ensure the educational provision is of the highest quality. The Training Manager is responsible for assisting the assisting the RTO Manger in the day-to-day management and operation of the Marcellin campus Occasionally, staff may be required to attend professional development sessions conducted at the College or elsewhere, within or outside the employee’s normal working hours.
