We’re currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to provide vital home support services to our valued veteran clients. What We Offer • Flexible shifts short or long hours • Minimum 2 hour shifts • Travel Cost Coverage • Competitive hourly rate plus casual loading • Additional pay for nights, weekends, and public holidays • Supportive and approachable management • A values-driven, collaborative team culture • Meaningful work that positively impacts veterans’ lives • Gifts for your birthday and each year of service • Annual Year-End Party • Monthly Company Culture Engagements Activities • Regular catch-ups with your leader • Access to accredited learning and development opportunities What You’ll Be Doing • Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting • Assisting with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment Supporting clients with meals, feeding, and hydration • Helping clients with dressing and maintaining their personal appearance • Offering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing • Performing light housekeeping tasks including making beds, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment • Observing and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior • Engaging clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing • Collaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality care What We’re Looking For • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent • A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle • A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one • Must have work rights in Australia • A genuine passion for helping others and pride in delivering high-quality personal care services. • Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic • A desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veteran clients • Previous experience in personal care or aged care (preferred but not essential) • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team • Amenable to work night shift • Can start immediately is desirable.
