Key Solutions Group have an exciting & rare opportunity for a Full Time Supervisor - Mechanical Fitter to join our workshop team. We are in an exciting growth stage of our business and this is your opportunity to be a part of our growing success. Taking on a hands-on leadership role You will be working on primarily underground mining equipment, responsible for machine diagnostics and repairs, testing and monitoring. The role requires the ability to follow job scopes whilst meeting deadlines within your team. We are seeking applicants whom maintain a positive approach to work, with: Attention to detail in all they do High level of quality & standards The ability to interpret schematics and general arrangement detailed drawings To be successful you will: Strong safety focus Be able to complete equipment inspection & final test reports Be focused on customer service & quality Be team-oriented Have a positive attitude and be a role model for others Have effective communication and interpersonal skills To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills and qualifications: Trade qualification, mechanical and hydraulic equipment Prior supervision experience Specialise in Longwall Equipment (desirable) Current forklift Licence (essential) Can do attitude towards work tasks The ability to confidential lead a diverse team of tradesmen The ability to lead and mentor our apprentices Proven previous experience completing equipment inspection & final test reports The ability to interpret schematics and general arrangement detailed drawings What you'll receive in return: Competitive package with overtime Permanent employment 17.5% Leave Loading Longevity bonuses Inclusion to KSG 300 Club The successful candidates will enjoy working in a team environment and be able to motivate and lead others.
