The North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency (NAAJA) is seeking a dynamic and committed Law and Justice Coordinator to lead our Alice Springs-based Community Legal Education (CLE) practice and policy reform work. What you'll get: Salary: $99,459 - $106,402 (depending on experience) Remote locality airfares / allowances (in accordance with our EBA) Salary packaging: Up to $18,550 tax free Generous leave entitlements: 6 weeks annual leave (with 17.5% loading), 3 weeks personal leave, and more. What you’ll do: Lead local CLE activities and supervise staff in Alice Springs. Identify and drive policy and law reform priorities. Engage with community and government stakeholders. Provide strategic insight to senior leadership on justice issues. Collaborate with frontline services and ensure community voices are central to reform.
