Our client are looking for a Quality Coordinator to oversee and maintain quality processes within a fast-paced high risk FMCG manufacturing environment. This permanent role in Western Sydney involves ensuring compliance with all standards and driving continuous improvement. Description Oversee and implement quality control processes across the engineering and manufacturing department. Ensure compliance with SQF and internal policies. Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges. Develop and maintain documentation for quality assurance procedures. Lead training sessions to promote a culture of quality within the organisation. Analyse quality metrics to track performance and identify trends. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes. Profile A successful Quality Coordinator should have: A background in Food Science, manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within a fast pace food manufacturing environment Strong understanding of HACCP and SQF. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in documenting and analysing quality processes through ileader.
