This role is ideal for a customer-focused problem solver with knowledge of accounting principles and a passion for providing exceptional customer support, ideally with a background in agriculture or the livestock sector. As AgriNous continues to expand across Australia, they seek someone with the nous and drive to build strong business relationships while thriving in an evolving environment. The Role As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted expert for AgentNous users. You’ll work closely with stock agents and industry professionals to troubleshoot issues, provide training, and ensure a seamless experience. Collaborating with tech support and product teams, you'll play a vital role in enhancing user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver expert support via phone, email, live chat and video conferencing. Troubleshoot technical and system-related issues. Educate customers on maximising the benefits of AgriNous software. Collaborate with product and testing teams to enhance user experience. Create engaging and user-friendly support resources, including training materials, Loom videos, help centre articles, and product demo videos to guide and empower users. Maintain accurate records and stay informed about industry trends and customer needs. About You Knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, financial processes, or livestock agency operations. Experience within the agricultural industry. Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships. Adaptable and dynamic – AgriNous offerings are always evolving!
