Your role Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for driving on-site operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical, communication, and leadership skills. You'll be hands-on and lead by example, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day construction site operations and workforce coordination Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections Resolve conflicts and address on-site issues promptly Maintain accurate project records and documentation Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Oversee compliance with plans, permits, and specifications Allocate and manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently About You Extensive experience in Civil Construction Strong communication and people skills Positive initiative and effective decision-making skills Competent in plan reading Plant Operator tickets- Grader, Loader, excavator etc White Card Certificate IV/Diploma in Civil Construction Supervision is desirable Valid drivers licence Other Details This is a full-time permanent position, based in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide. $100k Super Car What to do now To register your interest in this dynamic position, submit your current confidential CV via the application link.
