This is a varied and fun role in a collaborative boutique team with a dedicated Assistant to support you with the portfolio! Duties: Day to day management of a total of 53 buildings (circa 600 lots) that are all in the Eastern Suburbs (2 CT’s) Liaising with EC’s and carrying out requests Drafting agendas Running meetings (mostly virtual) and actioning resulting minutes Gaining approval on quotes Organising repairs & remedial works Ensuring annual safety and compliance Problem solving & dispute resolution Specific requirements: Strata Management or Strata Assistant experience Be Customer Service focused Team work attitude and exceptional presentation Strata Certificate up to date Benefits: Salary neg depending on experience!
